Tire 1 General - Applying Now

Does it actually make any sense to apply for Tier-1 General now. I mean forget about the extensions do i stand a chance of geting a Visa for just the next two years if i apply now.

Yes, it does. New rules will come in force only in April 2011. Anyways, all the updated information can be found on UKBA web-site.
