I Have a PGDBM from FORE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT,DELHI,
The institute name appears on the PBS site.
Can someone tell me ...Should I claim 35 points by selecting Masters degree for my qualification or 30 points by selecting certificate equivalent to masters in my qualification assessment.

Just use what the calculator awards you, don't select an equivalent - the equivalency selection is only if you cannot find your qualification.
