PSW TO STUDENT DEPENDENT

Hi,

I am on PSW and would like to apply as a student dependent. I would like to apply in UK itself and not in home country. I do know that its not allowed to apply in UK under 319C(h).


Due to some personal reasons I don't want to go to home country. Is there anyway that I can make in-country application.

The only way is a change in PBS Immigration Law which make 319C(h) as 'Deleted' but before your current leave expire! :P
