work experience letter format

dear friends
i received my refusal on 22 dec. of 2005
their reasons :
1-the original docs. were not accompanied with translations
although they were all certified by brithish embassy ,they asked for oroginals
2-they were not satisfied with our work experience letter

now i'm looking for a work experience letter format to do fresh application
could anyone help me please in this regard
