Need advise on visa documentation

Hello Everyone

My wife applied for her spouse settlement visa from India earlier this year and had a successful application. I have to thank the moderators and members here for all the information I got from this site. She has now joined me in the UK. I have two questions though..

1.... I'm now going through the process of getting naturalised as a british citizen. Does this mean I have to inform the home office about my wifes visa and make any changes to it when I get my british passport?

2.... Also, after 2 years, she has to apply for an extention of her visa so we can continue to live together.. Can someone please help me and advise what kind of documentation we would need when applying for her visa extention in two years time please..

I wanted to be proactive and do everything that needs to be done and avoid last minute panic.

You don't need to notify the Home Office.
Check out form SET(M) on the UKBA website. This will give a list of documents currently needed to submit an application for ILR as spouse.
Your wife will have to pass the Life in the UK test or complete an approved ESOL Citizens course before she applies.
