Urgent help on Passport Application Form - Signature Query

Hi

Please can anyone advise on below query.

My wife is now filling up the Passport application form. However, she is applying with Married Surname.

In Signature Section, does she need to change her old signature to new signature [showing Married surname].

or

Can she continue with her Old signature [showing her family name].

Please help.
