Dependent Visa for Tier 1 (General) Holder

Hi Everyone,

I am currently on Tier 1 (General) and my visa will be expiring in 2012.

I would like to apply the dependent visa for my wife but i am not sure what are the requirments, she is not in the UK at the moment,

Can anyone please guide me that what sort of forms and papers do i need to submit ?

Or any guideline link ?
