Age calculation for Tier General - initial application

I have browsed through various pages of this and UKBA website but I am still not clear about it. I am sorry for asking this question again on this forum but it is vital for a succesful application.

The guidline says,

Under 30 years of age: 20 points•
30-34 years of age: 10 points•
35-39 years of age: 5 points•

My question is if someone is 34 years 6 months old, which area of point score will he fall?

Please provide a clear answer because 5 points on this attribute is vital for me.

As long as you send out your application form before your 35's Birthday,
even 34 year old, 11 month, 20+ days, you get 10 point.
