woorried about Parents in Egypt

hello need some advice my eldery parenst are in egypt , iam a natrulised british citizen ( through marrige) for a couple of years now i want some advice about bringing my parents over here for settlement ( they came a couple of time for visits) dad is 70 mum is 66 finacially they r not entirely dependent on me they have a pension and their own place in alex . iam not working as iam full time mum , my husband does work and we have a big house here and some savings we r not claiming benefits and we can support them Iam worried sick due to the urest in egypt now. i think their visit visa expired at the moment can somone please advice me on the best course of action.
