Actually I have applied 28/12/10 in Dhaka, Bangladesh but unfortunately I used (VAF9 MAR 2009) form. Is that any cause for late getting visa? Please if anybody know regarding this tell me what I have need to do now?

Whatever you can do you done already.

Now just wait for their reply. But aspect a long delay as after months they may just return your form as invalid application and you need to submit another form or may be they will make decision on this form.
