What documents do I need?

Post by mskhan » Fri Feb 04, 2011 7:59 am

Hi,

I am an IT professional working for an IT consultancy firm here in the UK. To show my earnings for Tier-1 General I need to show some overseas earnings as well.

I have been to Pakistan last year for a couple of months to give consultancy to a firm. It was a private affair.

First of all, I think if I use this amount as my some of my earning it be given 'uplift' as I was physicaly present in the country.

Secondly, could anyone tell me what else I need to show to prove this earning.

Cheers

Are you extending your Tier 1 visa or will you be switching? You cannot apply the uplift ratio is you are extending.
Do not send me PM's with specific questions - post question in the open forum so others can also benefit from the answers.

Thank you for your reply. Can I claim uplift if I use the earnings of the dates of 3 months when I was there overseas.

Cheers
