tier 1 general appeal acceptance

my friend applied for tier 1 general
it was refused
he got right of appeal
his appeal was accepted and he got letter from court that his appeal was allowed/accepted

after getting this letter from court how much time the home office will take to sendd them letter to send passport
and roughly how much time they will take to stamp the passport and send it back

Usually 4/6 weeks for the call letter and than again 2/4 weeks stamping time.

I am waiting for the call letter too and my appeal was allowed early last month.

Plz do update this three when you receive any thing from home office as I will also update here about any progress in my case.

My appeal was heard in first week of january and I got the determination after 1 week. Now waiting for the call letter.

his appeal was heard on second last week before new year break and got letter on 14 or 15 of jan so as he will get the letter u will getter just after that time

call this number 02088145349, and be polite with them the may give a number directly to your casewoker, n when u ring the number n ask for ur casewoker they gonna ask u if the can help, tell them ur case woker left u a Spammy Spammer so u r calling back. if you r tacktiful and lucky they will put u through ur casewoker then pealed with he/she.
