PBS Tier-1 Dependant VISA for child born in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am in UK on HSMP Tier-1 VISA. My wife is my HSMP Tier-1 Dependant. She is currently in India and has given birth to a baby boy. My wife and baby plan to come to UK after 6 months.

I understand that in India I need to get the PBS Tier-1 Dependant VISA for my child. I have a query about accommodation proof documents of mine.

Since I am alone in UK now, I intend to rent a Studio Flat for 6 months. But my Estate Agent is offering me just the Tenancy Agreement and no Utility Bills or Council Bills for the same. I am afraid that as proof of my accommodation, when I produce the Tenancy Agreement of a Studio Flat, Home Office may reject my baby's application on the basis that I can not keep my wife and baby in a Studio.
Actually, I want to move to a bigger place like 1 Bedroom Flat or 2 Bedroom Flat when my wife and baby arrives here. The worry is Home Office may not give me enough opportunity to explain this.

Do you experts think that me producing only Tenancy Agreement of a Studio as accommodation proof will cause problems in my Baby's VISA?

PS: I easily satisfy the Funds Maintenance criteria.
