Tier 2(ICT) and Tier 1(G) Visa Category -- Need Urgent Help

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am on Tier 2(ICT) Visa and My wife is on Tier 2(ICT) dependent Visa. We are currently in UK and planning to apply for Tier 1(G) for myself and Tier 1(G) dependent for my wife.
Currently Tier 2 (ICT) is valid for next 2.5 years for both myself and my wife.

Please clear my doubt on following questions:

1) What will happen to Tier 2(ICT) Visa incase Tier 1 (G) Visa is granted to us?
2) Will Tier 2 be cancelled?
3) Will we have both visa (Tier 1(G) and Tier 2(ICT)) stamped on our passport?

1) What will happen to Tier 2(ICT) Visa incase Tier 1 (G) Visa is granted to us?
Your T2 will become invalid

2) Will Tier 2 be cancelled?
It becomes invalid (HO's system will be updated with this information) but HO does not stamp or update your passport with this information so T2 stamping on your passport will remain as it is, you cannot travel on it and or use it to prove your immigration status

3) Will we have both visa (Tier 1(G) and Tier 2(ICT)) stamped on our passport?
Yes T1 will be stamped on your passport
