Require Advise on OCI/PIO/Long term visa?

Hello,

Please can any one help, i am confused.What is the difference between OCI and PIO card?

My son is 4 weeks old and got Britsh passport. Shall i apply for him OCI or PIO or Long term visa......Please advise?
