Life in UK test for Combo application

I would be grateful if you could advice regarding if Life in UK test is required for ILR in my case:

Work permit :May 2006 until Aug 2006
HSMP: Sept 2006 to Sept 2008
Tier 1( Shifted from HSMP under Judicial review guidance): Sept 2008 until Sept 2011.

I am eligibile for ILR application in April( 28 days before) technically, with the combo( WP+HSMP Pre Nov 2006+ Tier 1). I understand that Life in UK test is not required for HSMP Pre Nov 2006 as per judicial review. But as I am using the time spent on work permit as well, do I have to take the test?

LITUK not required at the time of settlement, but required before naturalisation.
