ILR - Premium on 15th march @ Liverpool - Have questions

Hi Experts,
I have got an appointment on 15th Mar2011 @Liverpool for my ILR process. I have below questions , pls help me in clarrifying ..

1. I came to this country on 15th march 2006 on my WP - now I am going for premium process on 15th March 2011.
My questions is :- I beleive 5 years completion would be on 14th march 2011..- Please confirm me
Moreover we are allowed to process 28 days before completing 5years period for ILR - is that only for postal application or even for premium as well - Please confirm
2. When I was working in UK on my WP -- I processed my HSMP on 2007 sep ...then I contiuned working here on my HSMP .. after a month I resigned my existing company (while I was having my HSMP) and went on 2 weeks off to india ..finished all my settlements ..and come back on Nov 18th ..Joined another company here ..
My question during all these period ( travelling to India on 2weeks off and returned and taken up another job) I was on HSMP -- I beleive that I was on legal all the time. - Please confirm me does it mean anything breach of rules?
3. On 2009 Nov-till 2010feb .-- I was not on Job ..
Does it make any issue..
4. on premium process - do we need to have dependents accompany main applicant . I dont think -- pls confirm
5. Below are the docs ... I am planning to carry
a. Forms Set(o) - main applicant 1 , dependents -2
b. Passports 3
c. bank statement last 3 months and 3monthspayslips..(currently on Tier1)
as per guidance or application for Set(o) - do we need to carry any other docs..
