Tier 1 dependent English Test

Hi,

Can you please send me any pointers to the rules for Tier-1 genearl dependent Visa.

I am living in UK from past 2 years and working with an IT company, Though i have completed my Degree in English, it is not explicitly mentioned on my certificate, so do i have to appear for an english test before applying for dependednt ?

Can you elaborate more on this? What is your current immigration status? Are you on Tier 1? Are you the dependant or main applicant? Sorry but you need to clarify your sentences so we can help you.
