Hi,

I extended my visa for ACCA last three papers in august which is valid till 30th April 2011. My course was started from 21st August and officially and in home office record, My course finished by 28th Feb 2011. Now the situation is my result declared and I am left with one ACCA paper which I want to study by self. As I attended classes for what is mentioned in my CAS. And as I was given two extra months to remain, Is this okey if I didnt enrol for one paper and left the country before 30th april or enrol on another course.

Extended visa for ACCA last three papers. CAS was for from 23rd august 2010 to 28th Feb 2011.

I attended classes but unfortunately couldn't pass one paper.

As my course was for 6 months i was given two months extra till April 2011, now two months left on my visa.

According to college policy they cannot issue CAS for 1 paper.

Is this okay if i get course completion from college and then go back home by the end of April, or change my visa status ? i mean i can live here for march and April till my visa expires.

You can stay in the UK (legally) until the expiry date of your visa - irrespective of whether you have completed the course or not.
