SETTLEMENT EEA4 OR 10 YEARS ROUTE?

Hello, I am new in the Forum. I am from Turkey.

Long story short I came to UK feb 2001 with Student visa.

I study Advance Level in English,Business English and than Post graduate diploma and extended my visa till 2008.(as a student visa)

I was in UK went to holiday but total no more than 200 day during ten years time.

Me and my partner (EEA) were together from 2005 applied EEA family member visa in 2008 and got 5 years EEA family member visa till 2013.

My Partner here in UK over 6 years she want ed to apply settlement (EEA4)
as well.

What is the best option for me?
---Ten years legaly stay?
---Appliying together with my partner EEA4 family member?

2nd option is free and dosen't require KOL.

I am only EEA family memebers visa from 2008?
