English language requirement

Please some one help me. i have passed my international ESOL diploma expert level (C1) but original letter will come 3 to 4 weeks after exam. my tuition provider give me a latter that i am passed but waiting for original letter . my Question is .

will home office accept my letter from tuition provider or they will wait for my original certificate and how long they can wait. i am so confused some one told me they will refuse your application. i am sending my tier 1 general initial application 8th of march because of my vise is expire on 12th of march 2011.

senior member please help me what should i do.

1. Does the PBS calculator award you points for English language on the basis of your "ESOL Diploma expert level (C1)"?

2. If it does, and if you apply with the letter from the test provider, then the following should apply (provided the diploma in reference is for a "English language course / test"):
Tier 1 (General) policy guidance wrote:186. If the applicant provides confirmation from the test provider that he/she has sat a test or has a confirmed date to take the test we will continue to hold the application open for the applicant to complete this process.
Make sure that the fact is explained clearly in the covering letter and/or application (if space for additional information provided in the form), so that the caseworker doesn't miss it!

2. i explain in my covering letter that i am waiting for my original certificate.
