I presume you are speaking of evidence of significant achievement in your chosen field. If you have 65 points without this, you may wish to consider submitting wihtout, as these points are the most difficult to obtain. Evidence of a significant achievement would be published work in peer-reviewed journals, awards at the national or international level, or other such accomplishments. There is not need to submit evidence for areas in which you are not claiming points, so if you apply with the 65 points in other areas, you will not need this.

Examples of significant Achievement in your chosen Field with very high probability to earn point in this area.

Publication in the internationally peer reviewed Journals (High ranking Journals). Not Conference proceedings.
Evidence: The journal where your work is published.

Internationally recognised Patents.
Evidence: Patent Letters

Scholarships which is widely known to have international standard such as:
Full Bright Scholarship. Not normal scholarships that you get from your own countries, EPSRC, ESRC, OPRS, scholarship from university where you are studying, etc.
Evidence: Scholarship Award Letter.

Got degrees with Distinctions , Study in the top universities such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc.
Evidence: Degree Certificate

This are just few examples, that will work to claim point in this areas.

You have these evidence then you could easily claim points in this area. These evidence make the case worker job much easier as they are dealing with internationally recognised organisations. They could easily contact them to verify the letters, certificates, etc if they are in doubt.

But as mention by Lynn this is in fact the most difficult part of the HSMP system to ern points.
