Tier 4 Student/Dependent Visa Questions.

I am planning to send my sister as a student and I am planning to go with her as a dependent to support her.

- Are there any age criteria, for both the student and the dependent?
- Can a student dependent be a sibling?

And I can't seem to find it, anyone post links to forms, information and exact details to these topics?

the only dependents an adult student can bring are spouses and children under 18.
