Naturalization - help needed

I have been married to an EEA since November 2003 and still married, although I have now put in an application for Divorce just last week after an unbearable year. My partner has now refused to give me her Passport to support my application for PR. I have all other documentation to apply for naturalization. Can I apply for naturalization? Can you help please.
