Hi does anyone know any further information regarding the new legislation on the best interest of children,feb 2011.I have been reading about this and wonder if it can help our case.My husband is due in court in 3 weeks for an appeal at the tribuneral.We are applying under the human rights act as he was refused leave to remain as a spouse,even though we have been married for two years now.I have a daughter from a previous marriage and they are very close.My daughter see's my husband as her dad as she has no contact with her biological father.Would this legislation count the fact he is not biologically his or?We also have a baby on the way and due very soon.Any comments would be much appreciated
