how to retrieve the passport from Frech Consulate

i am gonna apply Schengen visa for tourism at French Consulate in London.

Just a question, do i need to buy Special Delivery for returning passport or in the Consulate they already have the postal passport returning service ?

It depends on the consulate. Some go through by courier. You can try inquiring.
