This is a mail send my ait customer service......
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your e-mail.
According to our systems we still do not have a current record of your appeal details on our database.
The tribunal aim to register all appeals received within 10 working days of receipt. However, during peak time periods we experience large volumes of appeal applications, which may result in additional delays. The tribunal acknowledges the receipt of appeals by issuing a 'Notice of Pending Appeal' (IA10) letter, which also has an Immigration & Asylum Chamber appeal reference number. Please note that we are currently working on appeals that were received at our office on 14/03/2011. Once the appeal have been processed an IA10 will be sent.
