Hello,

I have a question on extending my Tier 1 (General) Visa using salary which I have previously used to apply for my initial application.

I was on a WP until June 2010 when I successfully applied for Tier 1, giving me leave to remain until June 2012. However I need my visa to be until June 2013 to get ILR.
My bonus from my previous employer was about £45k, paid out in Feb 2010. I used this to claim salary in my initial application. I would like to apply for a Tier 1 extension now again using this salary, in order to get (hopefully) an extension of 3 years to get me past June 2013.

Will UKBA allow this?
