19 yo dependant daughter in philipines

Post by trevor_b » Fri Apr 08, 2011 3:21 am

Hi, I am a male British citizen that has been resident in the UK all my life.
However, my partner of three years is from the philipines. She has been working in kent for 5 years & has just applied for indefinate leave to remain.
She has a 20 year old dependant daughter who is in the philipines studying. She has just completed her degree & now would like her to come over & live with us in the UK, I own my own property & we will be supporting her until she finds work here.
regards, trevor

It's more difficult if daughter is over 18.
