Inquiry about Recruitment Consultancies

Hi there

I hurt that in UK Recruitment Consultancies is quite valuable tool for job hunters.
So, how can i find them ? Do they have some websites and when u register, upload your CV, the website will send you some matched job searching ?

Because i have no idea about that, could some experienced job hunters explain for me ?
