what are changes after 21 june 2011 regarding working

hi ya,
i heard after 21 june 2011,student who apply for student extension or new student cmg to uk, (collages),they wont have any right to work even as part time?

how far is that ture.

I am planning to join MBa top up in my collage where i have finshed my level 7 course in janury 2011,now am joinig for MAY intake and it will finsh by january 2012,but

now problem i have visa validty till sept 2011,collage admin said to me,i need to apply for extension before june 21.so that i can get work permit as student part time.

which is good for me.

From July 2011,

Only Students studying at higher education institutions and publicly funded further education colleges will be allowed to work.

my collage is tier 4 A grade collage.so does it mean higher education insition.

can i show my funds from india.

or

can i show some funds from india and some funds here in uk.

retaining their current entitlements.
