Documents to support visa application as HSMP dependent

Post by geriatrix » Mon Apr 10, 2006 3:13 pm

Hi,

Wanted to know if there's anything else required to be submitted apart from the following for my spouse to apply for dependent visa on the basis of my HSMP FLR !!

1. Passport details with Resident Permit stamp (photocopy)
2. Pay Slips (original - last 3 months)
3. Bank Account statements (original - last 3 months)
4. Tenancy Agreement (original - valid till September 2006)
5. Marriage certificate (original).
6. Sponsorship letter.

Though my tenancy agreement does not explicitly specify whether it is a single or family accommodation, it does say Room XX, Flat YY, ..... (it is, in fact, a single room accommodation that I have rented from a local authority). Will this be a problem when my spouse applies for the dependent visa ???

Also, do I need to get the passport / resident permit stamp notarized here in UK before sending it to my spouse ??

Appreciate your inputs and feedback.

Thanks in advance !!

regards

6. Sponsorship letter.

>> To me this list looks OK

>> I dont think so it could be a problem

do I need to get the passport / resident permit stamp notarized here in UK before sending it to my spouse ??

>> It would be plus if you do this.

Thanx
