I left my husband over one year ago. I am an EEA citizen he is s non-EEA national (he came here in October 2007).
I did start divorce proceedings, but for whatever reason the company I was using kept rejecting my reasons so it is still on-going.
I've since found out my ex (I use ex because I am no longer with him, but still not legally divorced) is now cruising for intimate relations with women on internet sites.
When we were together I knew he would often tell people he wasn't married and would not be seen in public with me.
We would also have many disagreements about the UK - he believed we were all responsible for what happens in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and should die due to our lack of morals and he would often avoid paying taxes.
He on the other hand believes himself to be a shining example of his religion.
I do not believe he actually loved me. Is there any way I could possibly have the marriage dissolved (as in it never existed as a real marriage), rather than a divorce.
I would also say that I am no longer working in the EU - what therefore are his rights.
