Help for Dependent Visa ...

Hi,

I have an query regardig the dependent Visa documents. I am in U.K. on tier 1 visa. I want to call to my family ( Wife & 2 kids) overhere from India.They will apply the Visa from india. Maintanace fund I have maintain is sufficiant in HSBC UK. but for phone bills I am using prepaid card of O2 phone so No hard copy bills & phone details as I used to recharge online.
I have been staying on shared house. So I just give the monthly lum sum 300 GBP cash to owner including everthing electric/gas and council tax. They give me hand writen bill recipts only.
As I am working with indian company so NIC is filling on the name of my Indian company.

Please let me know whats should I do in this case.
