Change of Visa

Hi
I have a tier 2 intra company transfer work permit. I wanted to change my visa status to a Dependent visa on my wife's tier 1 visa.

I want to know if I can apply for a change of visa from UK itself or do I need to travel to India for that?

I am currently living in UK itself.
Please advise.

You need to apply from India, as 319C(h) is not satisfied in order for you to apply from within the UK.
