TIER 1 GENERAL REFUSED DUE TO MAINTINANCE FUNDS

I got Tier 1 PSW on 09-03-2011 and did apply for Tier 1 General on 04-04-2011 because it was closing on 06-04-2011. Today i have received the decision on my application and it has been refused due to maintainance funds . i had no 800GBP in my account for the consecutive 90 days . Please advise me in this matter

I don''t see what else can be done as regards to your refusal.

Your Tier 1 (PSW) is clearly still valid, hence you weren't given a right to appeal.

Tier 1 (General) is now closed. Seems like you'll have to look into other routes to switch to later on.

As tier 1 is closed now so you can not apply again with new funds proof.
Also, with restriction of new evidence in appeals, you may not submit new evidence e.g. show funds from some other accounts if you had before applying.
Nothing much left other than check/confirm with a solicitor also for this.

Agreed with sushdmehta. The only option left with you is Tier 2. Try your luck in that. Tier 1 General is history, mate.
