refused under Tier 4 -Deception but Married and have a baby

my sitaution is that i am here in UK and on Temp Addmission(reporting).

while coming back from Pakistan, Immigration Officer Stoped me not because of my present college but because of well in the past at 2 instances and he refused entry to me on the basis of deception but did allow me Temp Addimission. cheif Immigration Officer curtailed my leave too which is/was Valid till 02 Jul 2011.

during Temp Addmission , i hired a Solicitor and lodged the application into 1st Tier Tribunal which is going to hear on nextwednesday. did i have to send any documents to Tribunal and UKBA before hearing ? well i didnt but still reporting at the centre and going for hearing.

i have a long term relationship and from that i have a year old baby. i have just recently got married to my partner as things was getting murky for me. my spouse is British and so is my baby. mind you she isnt working at the moment.

can u please give us any advice from your experience please.

And another most imortant thing is that, my Solictor said, he is going to fight on the point of Deception and will try to get it clear but if Failed then he will lodge another appeal under Article 8 ( maybe he want my money more than my recognition ), what do u suggest.
