FLR(M). Read through the guide notes shown on the UKBA website with the application form.
Have you been attending your studies and not working in excess of the permitted hours? You're both over 21? Unless you're from one of the countries on the Home Office exempt list or have a Masters degree or PHD taught in English, you'll need to pass the new A1 English test before you apply and you're leaving it late if you haven't already done so.
You won't be granted a spouse extension without it.

We both are over 21. Both from india. i was on bcs IT cource after one yr i change my college coz that college was suspended and closes. I study dental cource for 2 yrs . But never worked on surgery as placement. I havent work since 5 months and staying with my gf at same address.. I havent gave any exam sence i m in uk. So i guess i have to give my A1 english test but my visa is going end next week.
Is there any way way i can apply for flr M.
What should i do should i apply i go back home country and apply.
If i am applying from india which form should i use. And what supporting documents do i need? Should i give A1 exam from india'?
