tier 1 dependent which form ?

hi there,

i need to apply dependent tier 1 visa (general) for my 3 yr old daughter 'in country', can any of the moderators or members be kind enuf to tell me which form i need to make this application . / which version ? i got tier 1 in Jan 2011.

if cud provide me the link. it wud be very helpful

Just go to the UKBA website and download the latest form for dependents of Tier 1 Migrants. There will be just one form for Tier 1 Dependent so you will not get confused.
