(URGENT advice required)tier 4 student visa and flro

I am Msc overseas student in uk.I have submitted my dissertation on 23rd of may and my results are meant to be out in 2nd week of June and my visa expires on 31st of may.so, when i asked for student extension my university said as you have submitted your thesis, you are no longer a student.we cannot give you an extension which they said to me on 31st of may and i was confused and applied for FLR(o) extension for 4 weeks because my graduation would be on 30th June.Now,i have got a decision from UK Border agency saying that your visa has been rejected with no right to appeal and i have been asked to contact local enforcement team and collect my documents.I have failed in my thesis. so ,i am re-doing my thesis and my submission date is September 9, 2011 .i have no clue what can i do here.Can anyone help me out with this and how to face local enforcement team and can i apply for a tier4 student extension now? as i am redoing my thesis.

You need to speak to your college and ask if they are willing to issue you a Cas to complete your thesis. However your application will be out of time and therefore you will be an overstayer. Was your FLRO in time? If so when did you receive the refusal?

i have applied online on 31st of may 2011 and money was also debited from my card on 31st may i have done this because it was too late on that day and never had a chance to send my documents at the time of the night so i sent it on 1st june 2011 ..but they did mention that "u have applied on 1st june 2011 and however your leave to remain expired on 31st may 2011.you therefore do not have leave to remain at the time of application"t and also they have mentioned in the refusal latter "further consideration can be given to your case at that stage which could result in you being served with an enforcement decision which may generate a right to appeal"and i might get a CAS letter from uni because i am not finished yet..i got this refusal letter on 2nd july..
