which SET(O) form to choose?

which SET(O) form to choose?

I just tried to book an appointment (WP applying for ILR) and saw that I have to select the form. There're 2 types of SET(O):

SET(O) excluding long residency
SET(O) on long residency

Can you advise please which form I should choose?
