HI ya,

I am preparing my documents for Tier-2 (G) visa -PEO appointment for myself and my wife in this week. For the past 3 years I am working as full time employee under 5 years work permit(old rules) and recently i got job offer from another sponsor and secured COS as well.

Apparently my sponsor has carried RLMT over past 5 months and i guess i can claim 30 points for RLMT but i also have work permit where i can also claim 30 points. I know that i should claim 30 points either from RLMT (COS) or claim 30 points being a work permit holder. But i am not sure which one i should choose. Any of our thoughts would be appreciated
