ILR is due soon but puzzled!!!!

hiya all !

i am a regular reader of this forum from 2009. this forum have helped a lot of people regarding their issues and visa query problems....

i did search but i didn't find what my problem is. i have booked appointment in PEO second week of July 2011. i am married to a British citizen i don;t have my partner DLA documents and statements which she get once a year. money goes to post office account.

her mum said to me she can't change it until you(me) pass my driving test, then she can change those documents to our address. my mother-in-law is second driver, because she can help her take to appointments etc. etc. that is a car through motability. that dla letters and statement making me worry to cancel the appointment and apply ilr through post.

i have letters from couple of sources 5 or 6 or on joint names, some are on my name some or on her name.

if someone has experienced things like that before or heard like situation i am in it now.

hopefully moderators and experienced members will give me so helpful advice...

hi to all !

I am wondered I still didn't get any reply for my cast. anyway today i got my ILR by premium service. booked an appointment for 8:30 AM in the morning arrived at PEO office before 8 AM.. went through security style checking documents was checked send to pay for the premium service.

we were asked to wait in waiting area and our number will be called. my number was called around 9:15 AM. case worker asked for application for , passports, LIUK test. after that she asked for recent documents. i gave her file of recent documents including photocopies.

she took 5 joint letters then asked for 2009 documents then documents and finally lease letter. all documents which I provided she took photocopies with originals. i am glad she never asked any letter about DLA or anything related like that. after 10 mins i was asked to set and wait in waiting area. my wife was asked to leave after 30 mins but she stayed with me.

around 10:15 AM my number was called and i was given a good news that ILR application is approved and collect the passport in an hour time. i left building and went outside for a while. after checking my name and other things ai left building with ILR stamped around 11:30 AM... yaaaaaaaaaaaaay

if anyone need information regarding documents and experience i am happy to reply..
