Hi,

my wife is from EU but now she qualifies for citizenship,we been married for nearly 18 months,living in uk.i m still on Tier 1 General.
if she get citizenship and i apply on her british citizenship as a spouse which visa i should apply.should i apply for spouse visa and after how long i can apply for ILR.
will it be two years after marriage(means another 6 months) or need to spend two more years.

It's much quicker, easier and cheaper for you to apply for a Residence Card as your wife's non EEA husband. All of this under EU Rules rather than UK Immigration rules.

But on EEA2 i have to wait longer to apply for permanent residency?

As I understand, it can take a year to be Naturalized. Then it could take another year for your spouse visa, plus fees. I wouldn't do it, but if you're desperate to attain ILR asap and you have money to spare, go for it.
