Marrıage and Englısh Certıfıcate..please help

Hı Everyone,

From my prevıous posts you could see what my sıtuatıon ıs.I have couple of questıons could someone please help?
Im ın the uk as an ıllegal ımmıgrant and ı am marrıed and she ıs also turkısh but she was born and bread ın the uk so she ıs a brıtısh cıtızen.We got marrıed couple months ago and know ı would need to go for the englısh test so ı could get the certıfıcate and apply for our marrıage vısa.

1. I want to take the exam ın the uk so ı could get ıt out of the way but ı havnt got my passport would ı be able to sıt ın the test wıthout my passport?

2. Is there any way for us to apply ın the uk as ıt would be much easıer for us.ıf ı do go back to to turkey ı would experıence dıffıcultıes comıng back,ı am worrıed that they would refuse our apllıcatıon and then ı wouldnt be able come back and be wıth my wıfe.so ıs there any chance for us to apply ın the uk or would ı need to go back to my home country and apply from there?

1.Ask the place where you take the test, what other form of ID is acceptable.
2. Go to your consulate and get a new passport, if needed.
3. Save money, visa is expensive.
4. Pass your test and apply for your espouse Visa.

Some countries have official ID cards. I don't know if Turkey issues them.

as an illegal immigrant in the country it could take years to get a spouse visa and during this time you would not be allowed to work.

You need an immigration advisor as we do not know how you entered the country and so on.
