Hi JohnJohn wrote:You appear to be making a 10-year Long Residence application for ILR. Accordingly, as regards your dependants, there is no "drag along", and they cannot make an application on the back of your application.
Your wife? How long has she been in the UK? Her current UK immigration status?
Is there any specific fund requirement while i apply for the ILR.John wrote:Well no, you are making a 10-year application and your wife has been here in the UK for less than 10 years, indeed less than 3 years.
As I explained before, there is no "drag along" for Long Residence applications for ILR. Instead your wife should use form FLR(M) to apply for a 2-year spouse visa.
