ILR 10 years Immigration History

Post by xander8303 » Thu Jul 21, 2011 11:46 pm

Hi there,

I'm sorry to take your time but I have been searching everywhere and can't seem to find any answers and was hoping that one of you may know.

One of the conditions for 10 years long residency for ILR is to not have spent a total of 18 months absent from the UK. My problem is that I only have the entry stamp to the UK on my passport and I do not have the exact details of my exit and entry in the first few years. Is there anyway that I can check my immigration history at all?

Thank you very much in advance for your time and help.

On another post, one of the member told me that SAR donot have your entry / exit record. He was saying that he has asked for these details specificaly from HO. However, the only detail mentioned on his SAR was his first entry date to UK. No entry/exit record. He was reply to one of my post. Can you look in to this, please?
The question is... to be or not to be....

For £10 pounds, it's worth trying.
