Thanks to every member of this board. My application has been approved and my timelines are:

12/4 Application received at HO
12/4 Email notification of reference number (Paid via UK postal order so that may account for the immediate acknowledgment)
22/4 Email - case awaiting consideration
05/5 Additional documents received at HO
12/5 Decision made
30/5 Documents received via post office box - APPROVAL!

Note: No tracking number for documents sent out of UK. The period between when I was told on phone that a decision had been made and when I finally received the documents was a bit stressful for me and I wondered why I didn't consider receiving via courier; at some point, my focus shifted from receiving an approval to the safety of my certificates (simple anxiety maybe!). Anyway, documents arrived safely, thank God.

HO removed the documents from the plastic folder I used for packaging so, I advise everyone to ensure certificates are properly protected before sending to HO. I laminated mine but the laminated edges were bent when I received them back.

It was a document from my professional association. They didn't request for it. I just considered it would clarify some things to the HSMP team.
