Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if I could apply for extension or NOT as per the new tier1 rules.

1. How many points would I need to be eligible for application as per current new rules?

2. Is my Bachelors Degree from India still valid to claim educational points?(it was valid when I got my initial visa)

3. Is there any self assessment page for applicants applying extension within UK as per new rules?
