PSW refuse and HM Court Decision

Hello,

I have been refused in PSW in Feb 2011. 5th of July 2011 it was hearing concerning that in Tylor house. I was said by the judge that the answer will be in 10 working days. However it is 15 days have gone and there is still no reply from the judge. Do you know how many days it will take them to make a decision?

If I will get a positive answer from the judge, how many days it will take Home Office to issue my visa?

I am very frustrated please help me if you know anything about it?
